Have you checked out the bars on/around Rush and Division? If you have a gut and need to cover it up, go for a blazer.
Pretty much any bar in the city you could hook up with someone in honestly. As others have said though, go to Hubbard, or anywhere on Rush/Division really, or Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Wicker Park, etc.
